Complimentary Session on Transitioning into Another Career, Tuesday, Feb. 14
Every second Tuesday, we offer a job search and career transition session from noon to 1:30 p.m. Dawn McKnight, CBA-CLE's Assistant Executive Director and Publications Director will lead a discussion on successfully transitioning out of the practice of law. Attend this group session to participate in a safe, confidential forum and share your experiences, network, and gather practical information to enhance your job search or career transition efforts. Dawn McKnight is the Assistant Executive Director and the Publications Director of Continuing Legal Education in Colorado, the non-profit, educational arm of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Prior to entering the publishing and continuing education field, she worked as a civil litigation associate for both private and public service entities. She also has a background in fundraising/development and publishing for non-profits. Dawn graduated from the University of Denver, College of Law (1996) and San Francisco State University (B.A., honors; International Relations).
