The CBA Spanish-Speaking Lawyers Committee hosts a panel discussion of ethical issues arising in bilingual–bicultural client representation. Topics will include views from the bench, discipline issues and avoiding the unauthorized practice of law, best practices for working with interpreters, and the overlap between criminal and immigration law.
