Whether you are an experienced Yogi and a first-time Yogi, join us on Friday night and recreate your balance at the end of a long week as you move through relaxed Yin Yoga movements and positions. You will no longer feel stressed and stiff as you improve your flexibility and increase blood and energy flow from the tips of your toes to the tops of your head.
