Christopher P. Koupal is a partner at Chalat Hatten & Koupal PC. Mr. Koupal’s practice concentrates on civil trial work, with an emphasis on representing individuals and families in cases involving recreational accidents, professional negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, and automobile accidents. Mr. Koupal graduated from the University of Denver College of Law, where he served as a member and general editor of the Denver University Law Review. Prior to graduating law school, Mr. Koupal also served as an extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Wiley Y. Daniel, region w:st="on">U.S.region> District Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Koupal is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver bar associations; the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association; the American Association for Justice; and the Faculty of Federal Advocates. Mr. Koupal is licensed to practice in all Colorado state and federal courts.
