Bradley Aaron Levin
Bradley A. Levin, Esq.
Bradley A. Levin is a shareholder in the law firm of Roberts|Levin|Rosenberg, with emphasis in tort and commercial litigation, including insurance bad faith and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Levin received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, with distinction, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the University of California, Hastings Lawyers’ Professional Liability in Colorado College of the Law, where he served as editor in chief of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. In addition to teaching legal writing and research at Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Levin has lectured frequently in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith law. He is a member of the California and Colorado bars and the Denver, Colorado, and American bar associations.
He serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions, the Colorado State Commission on Judicial Performance, and the board of directors of the Faculty of Federal Advocates, and is the current insurance law editor of Trial Talk magazine. Mr. Levin has also served as the chair of the Mountain States Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, and is on that organization’s National Executive Committee and National Commission. In addition, Mr. Levin is on the board of directors of National Jewish Health. In 2004, Mr. Levin was voted best Denver insurance lawyer by his peers and recognized in the Denver Business Journal. Mr. Levin is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of appellate law, insurance law, and personal injury litigation, was selected for Colorado Super Lawyers in the Insurance Coverage category, and was honored by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association with its Outstanding Amicus Briefs Award. He has Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating.
