Michael T. Mihm is a trial lawyer who focuses on representing plaintiffs in business tort and legal malpractice litigation. He has more than 24 years' experience representing clients in legal malpractice cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendant lawyers. Mr. Mihm also represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases. He has held leadership positions within the CBA, including chairing the Lawyers' Professional Liability Committee (1997 to 1999), authoring much of the Colorado Attorney's Professional Liability Handbook (CLE in Colo., Inc. 1999), and teaching continuing legal education classes. For several years (2004 through 2006), he taught as adjunct faculty at the University of Denver College of Law.
 
Mr. Mihm is admitted to practice in both Colorado and California, and represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the southwestern United States.
