Kimberly R. Willoughby of Willoughby & Eckelberry, LLC, practices law in the areas of family law, probate litigation, and estate planning. Ms. Willoughby received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1994, and her B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1991. Ms. Willoughby is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is A/V rated by Martindale-Hubbell; was named in Best Lawyers in America from 2006 to 2009; and was named as a Colorado “Super Lawyer” from 2006 to 2009.

Ms. Willoughby is the past president of the Thompson Marsh Inn of Court, serves as a board member for CLE in Colorado, has been a board member of numerous Colorado bar associations, and is a frequent lecturer and writer on Colorado family law issues.
