Roger Bowers is a Senior Subcontract Administrator with Lockheed Martin in Littleton, Colorado, where he supports the company’s procurement activities. Mr. Bowers graduated from George Washington University Law School in 2001, and served over five years with the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). As a JAG, he litigated numerous trials, provided advice on government contracts, and deployed to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After his military service, Mr. Bowers practiced in civil litigation with the Denver law firm Kennedy Childs & Fogg before joining Lockheed Martin.
