Stephen D. Gurr is a civil litigator and the chair of the litigation practice group at Kamlet Reichert, LLP in Denver. He is a former member of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee and a former board member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Denver Bar Association. Mr. Gurr’s civil litigation practice focuses on the representation of leading businesses and their officers and directors in shareholder derivative, securities fraud, business tort, real estate, intellectual property, telecommunications, and environmental matters. He has extensive trial, arbitration, and dispute resolution experience in federal and state courts and national alternative dispute resolution forums.
