Elizabeth (“Betsy”) J. Hyatt is a partner with Starrs Mihm & Pulkrabek LLP. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Colorado State University with a degree in economics and a minor in mathematics. In 1998, Ms. Hyatt received her J.D. from the University of Colorado, where she served on the board of editors of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy.
 
Ms. Hyatt's practice includes the areas of legal malpractice, business torts, civil rights, and general civil litigation. She is a member of the Lawyers' Professional Liability Committee of the Colorado Bar Association and has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on topics involving lawyers' professional malpractice and the practice of law. Ms. Hyatt is also an active member of the Business Torts Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation and the Colorado Women's Bar Association. Ms. Hyatt is admitted to practice in the state courts of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits
