"Privacy vs. Convenience – In the Internet Age, Do We Still Have a Reasonable Expectation of Privacy"
Life has become so much more convenient with the Internet and mobile devices. We can shop online, make reservations, do research, keep in touch with friends, family and strangers, monitor our homes, control our thermostats and refrigerators, monitor our eating and sleeping habits and keep track of the exact spot on which a picture was taken. All of that convenience comes with a price. How do these conveniences affect our rights to privacy. Have we waived that right? What is the new expectation of privacy?
Submitted for 1 general CLE credit.
The cost of the luncheon is free to for all attendees. Vegetarian or gluten free meals must be requested when making a reservation.
