This year's program will focus not only on prevention and risk management, but will go beyond -- to when a situation goes from prevention to resolving. Learn to mitigate the damage when a client grieves you and hear the most recent and noteworthy malpractice case law updates. Plus attendees will determine when, how, and why to spend money on personal counsel and how to make the mediation process work.
