Speakers:
 8 a.m - 10 a.m James Sudler, Chief Deputy Regulation Counsel, Topic:  The Rule of Law or Unfettered Discretion - The Prosecutors On Trial (The Story of the Arizona Diciplinary Experience, one of the biggest recent governmental attorney ethics cases in American History) 
 10 a.m - 11 a.m Attorney Alex Rothrock, Topic:  Recent Developments and Decisions in Ethics
 11 a.m - Noon Ethics Panel    
 
Speakers will be followed by a panel that was specifically assembled to answer ethics questions and will be moderated by Larry Tannenbaum, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Colorado Attorney General's Office.  If you have ethics questions for the panel, please e-mail them to Larry Tannenbaum at larry.tannenbaum@state.co.us.   Questions will also be taken from the audience.
 
Cost
  • $50.00 for CBA Members and Colorado Attorney General's Office Attorneys.
  • $60.00 for all other participants.
 Cost includes a hot breakfast buffet at 7:30 a.m.
 4 CLE Ethics credits have been granted.
