Greening Justice: Specialized Environmental Courts and the Future of Environmental Dispute Resolution
Rock and Kitty Pring are co-authors of Greening Justice: Creating and Improving Environmental Courts and Tribunals, a comparative book that studies the rapidly growing number of environmental courts and tribunals around the world. The Prings are frequent speakers and writers on the topics of environmental dispute resolution, transparency and access to justice. They continue to travel widely to meet with governments and stakeholders to further their study of environmental courts and tribunals, of which there are as many as 500 in over 40 countries to date.
