This special, extended presentation will explore the various tax issues that drive the choice of entity decision. The instructor will discuss the differences between C and S corporations and will then contrast them against Colorado's four limited liability entities: limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
