| The three founding
partners of this 2nd Annual Colorado Statewide ADR
Conference, along with many other participating organizations
and individuals, invite you to join us this October to explore
Excellence in Dispute Resolution!
We're proud of
this conference. The Colorado Council of Mediators and Mediation
Organizations, the Colorado Judicial Department's Office of
Dispute Resolution, and the Colorado Bar Association's ADR
Section have continued to work together to produce this 2nd
Annual Conference, aimed at building a cohesive, strong voice for
dispute resolution in Colorado. Numerous other organizations have
provided support in many forms, contributing cash, hours, ideas,
energy, patience, and collaborative spirit.
This year is
also the 25th anniversary of the Colorado Dispute Resolution Act,
CRS Section 13-22-301, et seq. Many of the presenters at this year's
conference were instrumental in initiating and developing dispute
resolution in Colorado over the years. The conference will also
feature the peacemaking process practiced by Native Americans.
We hope this conference meets - and exceeds - your
expectations, offering opportunities to learn, to network, to
challenge, and to inspire.
- Explore - with expert guides - Colorado's rich and
varied dispute resolution field.
- Participate in workshops, discussions,
skill-building sessions, and dialogues presented by some of
Colorado's top practitioners and theorists.
- Network with a wide range of practitioners, judges,
nonprofit and governmental representatives, trainers, professors,
attorneys, program administrators, and advocates bringing their
unique and diverse views about ADR.
