CLE webcasts require you to have “Windows Media Player” installed on your computer. Please make sure your speakers are turned up. You should see and hear a video in the media player.
If you do not see and hear a “Congratulations" message, we are going to help you install a free copy of “Windows Media Player” so you can view your event. It is very simple to do.
Read steps 1-4 before you begin.
Mac users please see below.
1. Click the “Windows Media Player 11” button below.
2. Near the top of the “Windows Media Player Home Page” screen you come to, Click on the “Download Now” button.
3.When the Installation completes, follow the directions; a reboot maybe required. Please bookmark this page so you can return here after you restart.

Click the "Repeat Test" button below the video area. It may prompt you to confirm that you would like to reload the page, if so select “Reload.”
5. When you get back to this test page, please be sure you can now view the video.
Mac Users:
If you cannot view the test video above you may need "Flip4Mac", a free component that will allow you to play Windows Media content in your QuickTime Player. Please visit the download page by clicking the button below then return to this test page and click "Repeat Test"
