Webcast Test Transmission
Complete these 2 steps
to ensure that your computer
is configured properly.


Step 1. Test your media player

Do you see video and hear audio
in the media player to your right?

This test determines whether you have
Windows Media Player installed and
that you can see video and hear audio
with your computer.

If you do not see or hear anything, you probably need to install the latest version
of Windows Media Player.

You may also be experiencing a
firewall issue (see Step 2)


Step 2. Test your firewall

Please note that these 2 steps address the most common problems we are aware
of that can interfere with viewing a webcast. There still may be other issues
with your particular computer setup that may affect webcast performance.
