* These instructions will change your Windows firewall settings. It is possible that you may have 3rd party software on your computer (zone alarm, norton, symantec, etc.) that may also need to be changed.

Step 1.

Using your Start Menu,
go to the Control Panel

Step 2.

In your Control Panel, go to Network and Internet Connections

Step 3.

Choose Windows Firewall

Step 3.

Turn your firewall off.

Remember to turn your firewall back on again after the webcast to ensure that your computer is protected.
