Attendees will learn about what IP issues and risks are top of mind with in-house and outside counsel when structuring and negotiating commercial and M&A transactions. Through a panel discussion, experienced practitioners will discuss strategies for identifying important IP risks in transactions, and provide suggestions and tools for mitigating or eliminating the risks, as well as how to contextualize and prioritize the risks in light of the particular deal.
