Metro Volunteer Lawyers has set the dates for its Family Law Court Program in 2000. This program assists low-income clients with uncontested dissolution of marriage and allocation of parental responsibility cases. At Family Law Court, volunteer attorneys represent clients at their permanent orders hearing only, avoiding long-term time commitment, but still providing needed legal counsel. Family Law Court is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your family law skills and help an indigent client at the same time.
