Attacking the Expert’s Pedestal — Featuring Nationally Recognized Expert Robert Musante, May 27. The adverse expert is typically the most dangerous witness and, at the same time, the most vulnerable. The expert witness must defend his testimony from attacks on multiple fronts and this seminar analyzes and illustrates dozens of archetypal attacks against the adverse expert’s pedestal-like status. Robert Musante is the nation’s foremost teacher of deposition cross-examination. He has taught the logic essential to taking great adverse depositions — of "fact" witnesses and experts — to more than 35,000 litigators in 41 states.

DBA Co-Ed Summer Softball Returns

The DBA summer softball league — one of the most relaxed — returns June 5. Games are co-ed and your children (tweens and older) are welcome to play. Games are Saturday mornings through early August.
