RPC 1.2 Reporting and Planning Crimes, Witness Preparation, Colo. RPC 3.1 /CRCP 11/Frivolous Motions, Trial Tactics, Pro Bono Obligations, Colo. RPC 1.7, Discovery Obligations, and more! Mark Your Calendar: Constitution DayConstitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution by thirty-nine brave men on Sept. 17, 1787. Volunteers are needed to go into Denver area schools’ 5th grade classrooms on Sept. 14, 15 and 16 for approximately one hour. This year, the DBA is collaborating with Liberty Day to organize the event. Visit www.libertyday.org. All materials, including a lesson plan, are provided by Liberty Day and will be mailed to each volunteer. Interested in volunteering?
