2006 Toothbrush Drive

By teaming up with Kids in Need of Dentistry (KIND), the DBA Community Action Network hopes to collect a record number of children’s toothbrushes, waxed dental floss, and unsweetened toothpaste for the underprivileged and uninsured children in the Denver metro area.  Last year, the event was well supported by a number of law firms and law departments in the metro Denver area.  In fact, DBA attorneys donated more toothbrushes than any other group in this statewide drive.
We are hoping to increase participation and break last year’s record for this event.  The Community Action Network is asking Denver law firms and legal departments to display a flyer and set out a donation box during the week of February 20.  The box need not be fancy – any box will do.
 Volunteers for the Community Action Network will pick up donations the week of February 27.
