The New Rule can be found on the Supreme Court web site at: http://www.courts.state.co.us/ All forms associated with the new rule can also be found there. The Rule will take effect January 1, 2005. The Court has released a corrective order for Rule 16.2, due to some problems they had with conversion from PDF to word. Please find the replacement version below.
