University of Denver Low Income Tax Clinic
The University of Denver Graduate Tax Program Low Income Taxpayer Clinic represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in audit, appeals, and collection issues, and federal tax litigation. Representation is free.
Students who are studying for their Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) perform services for clients under the supervision of the Director of the Graduate Tax Program. The clinic receives partial funding from the IRS and relies on contributions to enable it to perform all of its services. The clinic is completely independent of and not associated with the federal government.
