Present at the meeting were John Palmeri, Dan McCune, John Wheeler, Mike O'Donnell, Walter Houghtaling, Mike Ludwig, Mike McConnell, Chris Little, Dave Little, Chris Buckman, Mike Hutchinson, Chuck Turner, Reba Nance, Robin Beattie, Mike Gill, Jean Younger, Steve Gaer, and Jim Swearingen.

Guests Mike Gill and Jean Younger from ERC were present for the meeting to provide some information about ERC and GE and the changes in the companies over the last couple of years. Jean Younger also discussed the ERC's e-commerce project for the various bar programs, including Colorado's bar endorsed program. Also present were guests Steve Gaer and Jim Swearingen. Jim discussed risk management in general and provided statistics on the frequency and severity of Colorado claims.

There was a brief meeting of the Committee members after the guests' presentations. Drafts of the proposed information to be included in the CBA Website of LPL insurers were provided for the Committee's comments and suggestions. In addition, a compilation of the information received from the Whoops! survey was also provided, for possible use in future Whoops! articles. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned until the next meeting, to be held on November 8, 2000.
