Present at the meeting were John Palmeri, Chris Buckman, John Wheeler, Chuck Turner, Chris Little, Joyce Jenkins, Dave Little, Julie Revers, Gerry Pratt, Mike Canges and Renee Garcia.

The Committee discussed the status of the Legal Malpractice Prevention Seminar. Chris Little and Julie Revers provided an update. They have confirmed seminar dates in Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction. The Denver event will be held at the Adams Mark Hotel. Chris and Julie will provide a further update at the December meeting.

The Committee reviewed the CBA website of LPL insurers, including the glossary of terms. The Committee agreed to review the information and provide further discussion at the next meeting.

Joyce Jenkins reported on Whoops. Robert Keatinge and Alex Rothrock have authored articles regarding multiple disciplinary practice for the next issue of Whoops.

John Palmeri reported for Robin Beattie regarding the malpractice checklist. John reported that Robin is attempting to finalize at least two checklists for the December meeting. The checklists will include disclaimer language drafted by Liz Starrs.

Dave Little reported that he and Mike Ludwig were scheduled to speak at the Boulder County Bar Association program on December 7, 2000.

The Committee reviewed suggested criteria for the CBA bar endorsed insurer. Chuck Turner discussed the nature of the review at this time. The Committee agreed to review this information in order to have further discussion of this issue at the December meeting.

Chris Little reported regarding the Denver Bar Association Bar Mart and the high school Moot Court program. Dave Little reported regarding the "Hang Your Shingle" CLE program.

The December meeting was scheduled for December 13, 2000.
