The Colorado Bar Association is pleased to sponsor CLE-accredited training in a myriad of legal-specific technology.

E-Filing
The CBA offers FREE training for county court, state district court and court of appeals e-filing (LexisNexis™ File & Serve) to all Colorado attorneys and their support staff.  You do not need to be a member of the CBA to attend these classes.  We have one remaining date for 2009, in December.  The 2010 times and class descriptions will be different and have not been finalized.  The 2010 dates will be released in the December 2009 issue of The Colorado Lawyer.

However, we are not in a position to offer these classes to paralegal students at this time.  For paralegal student training through paralegal schools, the schools should contact LexisNexis File & Serve Law Firm Training Specialist Elise Herding at elise.herding@lexisnexis.com.

Click on the links to the right, IN THE ADDITIONAL INFO BOX, for complete information about these classes, including dates, times, and RSVP requirements.

LEXISNEXIS FILE & SERVE IS CURRENTLY TRAVELING THE STATE CONDUCTING TRAINING SESSIONS IN ALL JUDICIAL DISTRICTS!  IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD ABOUT A SESSION IN YOUR JUDICIAL DISTRICT, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL BAR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT AND ASK FOR ONE!
