Present at the meeting were: Joyce Jenkins, Dave Little, Chris Little, Chris Buckman, Chuck Turner, Mike Canges, John Palmeri, Renee Garcia, Mike Ludwig, and Robin Beattie.

CBA/LPL Annual Preventing Legal Malpractice Seminar - 2001: Chris Little reported that the seminar was on track. He will provide feedback at the next meeting.

Boot Camp: David Little reported that the camp is on track and they have at least 20 people signed up for the seminar. This is scheduled for February 8, 9, and 10.

Whoops!: Joyce Jenkins reported on the progress of Whoops! The next Whoops! should be out shortly. There was also discussion on the next topic (estate planning) and potential authors.

CBA Website for LPL Insurers: Robin Beattie reported the CBA Website page is almost complete and we will hopefully have it up by the next meeting.

Malpractice Prevention Checklists: Mike Canges reported he is putting final touches on the first checklist.

Periodic Review of CBA Endorsed LPL Insurer: John Palmeri will work with Chuck Turner to put together a list of areas we may wish to address/review with Westport.

CBA Convention at Vail: David Little and Mike Ludwig will co-chair the committee’s seminar. The proposed topic will be fee arrangements/fee collections and associated malpractice pitfalls.

The next meeting with be held on February 14, 2001 at 7:30 a.m.
