Present at the meeting were: Dave Little, Chris Little, Chris Buckman, John Palmeri, Renee Garcia, Dan McCune, Julie Revers and Robin Beattie.

CBA/LPL Annual Preventing Legal Malpractice Seminar - 2001: Chris Little reported that the seminar went well, and we had a good attendance. The seminar was held in three locations. There were discussions about possible locations for next year’s seminar. Julie reported that the speakers all received good reviews.

Boot Camp: Dave Little reported that approximately 50 people attended and the seminar went well. There was discussion regarding whether we should present this seminar annually.

Whoops!: Dave Little will ask the Ethics Committee if its members would be interested in writing a short ethics article for each Whoops!

CBA Website for LPL Insurers: Robin Beattie presented the proposed CBA Website page which lists LPL insurers and producers, and provides a brief glossary of terms. Additional comments were received, such as including the website information for insurers. The website information should be finalized by the next meeting.

Periodic Review of CBA Endorsed LPL Insurer: An initial list of questions or issues were discussed. John Palmeri will work with Chuck Turner to finalize a list of areas we may wish to address/review with Westport.

The next meeting with be held on March 14, 2001 at 7:30 a.m.
