Theo Oliphant joined the firm in 1997 and is a partner in the corporate group, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance issues, and working with emerging growth companies.
Experience:
Mr. Oliphant’s practice encompasses a broad range of business transactions including forming companies, structuring joint ventures, negotiating and documenting acquisitions, financings, mergers and sales of businesses, as well as intellectual property licensing.

Mr. Oliphant is a 1992 graduate of University of California at Irvine, and a 1995 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D.).
Memberships:
Mr. Oliphant is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Mr. Oliphant serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of the Bay Area, and is Chairman of the Alameda County Leadership Board of that organization.
