Casemaker 2.0 launched
Wednesday, February 27, 2008!

We're pleased to announce that the long-awaited enhancement to the Casemaker Library is now available.  We're excited to offer all Colorado Bar Association members more Federal Library materials , as well as multi-state caselaw searches! 

The Federal Library now contains U.S. District Court opinions from 1950!  Additionally, it has U.S. Reports from Volume 1 (1754) and Federal Circuit Reporter opinions from 1930.  The U.S. Bankruptcy opinions database will be increased soon! 

We are scheduling more free Casemaker 2.0 webinars andwill offer them in the coming weeks.  Contact your local bar association and suggest a CLE-accredited Casemaker demonstration!

 To enter Casemaker, click on the Casemaker icon above, or "Enter Casemaker" in the left navigation pane or the Additional Info box to the right.

Casemaker is an EXCLUSIVE CBA member benefit accessible 24/7 through the CBA website. 

To conduct a multi-state caselaw search, click on Full Library Menu next to the Casemaker logo on the main banner at the top of the web page.  Choose Multi-State Searches then State Court Opinions.

The Casemaker Library's current selection of state libraries includes case law from all 50 states, going back to at least 1950, and farther back in most instances.
