Problems Logging on to Casemaker?
TROUBLESHOOTING CASEMAKER
Please try any of these options if you are having trouble getting in to Casemaker
Delete all History
- Tools
- Internet Options
- General (it will probably default to the General tab)
- Clear History
- Apply
- OK
Delete Internet Temp Files
- Tools
- Internet Options
- General
- Delete Files
- OK
Add www.cobar.org to Trusted Sites
- Tools
- Internet Options
- Security
- Trusted Sites
- Sites
- Box will say “Add this website to the zone”
- Underneath the box, type in https://www.cobar.org
- Add
- OK
Enable Cookies
- Tools
- Internet Options
- Privacy
- Move the slider on the left, it cannot say
- Block all cookies or be on the High setting
- You may want to try “Medium” setting
Close out all Internet Explorer windows
In addition to the obvious Internet windows that are open, you also must close
- I-Tunes
- Adobe
- Any Internet radio site
- Any site that has streaming video or audio (Because all these apps are tied into the Internet.
Choosing another Browser:
We had a case where a member could not log on using Internet Explorer and installed the browser Firefox instead, and was able to log on.
Then, please go back and try to log on again!
