Advance Medical Directives Joint Task Force Committee

The goal of this combined Elder Law and Trust & Estate Sections committee is:

To review, and revise if necessary, the current Colorado advance directive statutes to insure that each person has the ability to make the end of life decisions they wish to make, and that our statutes are structured in a way that will facilitate the smoothest application of those decisions to insure that a person's wishes are carried out.
