The Waterman Fund Application Downloads

The Waterman Fund applications may be accessed and downloaded in two seperate formats.

The application may be downloaded in a PDF format and then printed and filled out by hand. Adobe Reader is required to access the application in this form.

To fill out the application electronically, you may download the application as a Microsoft Word Form template (DOT file). Simply save the document to your computer and open in Word. Changes may be saved to the application file on your computer. Please note that Microsoft Word is required to fill out the application electronically.
