Alternative Dispute Resolution Section

Provides a forum for educating the legal community, the judiciary and the general public on issues relating to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The Section works with CLE to offer a 40 Hour Mediation Course as well as to offer the, now, annual ADR Conference. The activities of the committee are completed through the work of subcommittees, which include Education, Industry Focus, Colorado Pledge, Legislation and Membership. The goal of the committee is to provide support to the legal community in its use of ADR and to implement ADR programs that assist and educate targeted industries, businesses and the general public.
