May 15, 2013 - Noon to 1:00 p.m. Larimer County Justice Center Jury Room - Maro Zagoras of Desired Outcomes, Inc., a mediator in Fort Collins, will be presenting on issues related to the problem of suicide in Larimer County and information on how people can play a part in preventing it.

June 5, 2013 - Noon to 1:00 p.m. Larimer County Justice Center Jury Room - Judge Tom French and Attorney Derek Samuelson present "Jury Deselection That Works . . . and Doesn't Alienate Your Judge."  (1 CLE)

June 12, 2013 - Noon to 1:00 p.m. Larimer County Justice Center Jury Room - Dawn Grimes will make a presentation on ADR available in Larimer County.  (1 CLE)

LCBA Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at The Cafe Bluebird.  If you have any items to add to the agenda, contact President Jennifer Rice at 970-494-1700.

The Larimer County Young Lawyers meets the third Wednesday of every month.  If you are interested in their group, contact Art Spicciati at (970) 817-3518 or email him at spicciati.law@gmail.com.

There is an informal group of "trust and estate" lawyers called the LCBA Trust & Estate Bar.  It meets five times a year, from September through May, usually on the fourth Wednesday of the month.  The meetings are from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at First National Bank downtown.  If you are interested you can email Pete Bullard at pete@estate-planning-help.com.

The Colorado Criminal Defense Bar (Larimer Chapter) meets monthly.  Stephanie Hewitt is the contact person at (970) 416-7312 or email her at hewittlawoffice@aol.com.  She sends out notices by email so if you would like to be included, contact her.
