UPCOMING MEETINGS

JULY
The July 27 meeting will offer one hour of CLE credit.  “Connecting With Your Client Through Ethical Client Relations” will be presented by Reba J. Nance, Director of Law Practice and Risk Management with the Colorado Bar Association.

AUGUST
The August 24 meeting will offer a one-credit CLE and feature Robert Kelso’s presentation on
“Forensic Pursuit”.  Simple and complex computer investigation problems are both addressed in the same detailed, professional manner using the latest in cutting-edge tools and the best, most widely accepted analysis techniques.  (from www.forensicpursuit.com)  This should be a good learning experience coupled with the benefit of a CLE credit.

SEPTEMBER
There will be two September programs.  The first will be held on Friday, September 11 at Noon at the Bookcliff Country Club.  This special lunch meeting will offer a one-credit CLE and will feature the new President of the Colorado Bar Association, David Johnson from Colorado Springs.  Come meet Mr. Johnson.

The second September meeting will be held on the regular “4th Monday” and will offer a one-credit CLE and will feature Nancy Cohen’s presentation on “What to Do when a Client Makes a Misrepresentation”.  As most of you know, Ms. Cohen is with The Office of Attorney Regulation.  An Interesting Topic – A Valuable CLE Credit – A Fantastic Lunch.
