The Monday, September 28 meeting will offer a one-credit Ethics CLE and will feature Jamie Sudler’s presentation on “Recent Examples of Cases Involving (or not) Ethics”.
As some of you know, Mr. Sudler is with The Office of Attorney Regulation. An Interesting Topic – A Valuable ETHICS CLE Credit – A Fantastic Lunch. Let’s think of some good questions for Jamie!

The October 26 program will offer a CLE credit and feature Michael Valdez, Director of Legislative Relations for the Colorado Bar Association. He will update our membership on what’s happening inside our State Capital and will highlight the new laws affecting Notaries in Colorado. Let’s think of some good questions for Michael!

Judicial Arbiter Group, Inc.

In an effort to better serve their Western Slope clients, Judicial Arbiter Group, Inc. will make its staff of arbiters* available for mediations, arbitrations, and neutral case evaluations during the week of November 2-6, 2009 in the Western Slope region.
