This resource is provided by the Business Law Section of the CBA as a professional service to Colorado attorneys. The business documents included have all been used in actual transactions, and accordingly may present either unusual aspects or special provisions required by the peculiarities of the transactions for which they were created. These form files have been "sanitized" to eliminate reference to the persons or entities involved, and to disguise the actual transactions. These forms are provided for the information of Colorado lawyers, and to serve as a source of ideas and possible language.
As with any legal forms, these forms and provisions should not be used without a full understanding of them, and lawyers should draft documents that are tailored to the matters presented. These documents are made available without any representation or warranty that they are suitable for particular transactions. They are informational only. Unless otherwise indicated, all documents are in plain text (ascii) format, and can be read or downloaded in that form. If a different word processing format is indicated, the document may be downloaded in that form, but will not be readable on your internet web browser screen.
This resource will grow and become more useful as other Colorado attorneys provide sample documents for it.
