Make reservations for these programs by sending a check for $15 ($25 for non-members), payable to the Denver Bar Association, to: Tuesdays at the Bar, DBA, 1900 Grant St., Ste. 900, Denver, CO, 80203. A form to use is below. You also may RSVP by calling (303) 860-1115, ext. 727, or by e-mailing lunches@cobar.org. Indicate the program you will be attending. All programs are at the DBA, third floor, at noon. Cost includes lunch and typically one CLE credit. (Coffee Talk is a morning program on the 9th floor, and includes a continental breakfast for $5.)

*** Sept. 4: No program - Happy Labor Day!

*** Sept. 11: Bankruptcy Issues in Family Law Cases
Bart Balis and Ellen Welner will cover the important bankruptcy issues to consider when dealing with family law cases. One general credit requested.

*** Sept. 18: Options for Creating a Website
Thinking about putting together a website, but have no idea where to start? This program will demonstrate how to get started and will provide an overview of how to plan as you move forward. No CLE credit offered.

*** Sept. 25: Marital Agreements (Implications on Probate)
Members of the Trust and Estate Section will explain how to draft a marital agreement to avoid probate issues later. One general credit requested.

*** Wednesday, Sept. 26: DBA YLD Coffee Talk - New Rules of Professional Conduct
Representatives from the CBA Ethics Committee will provide a general overview of the new rules and highlight the most significant changes. The rules go into effect Jan. 1, 2008. Don't be left in the dust! Find out what you need to know while there is time. Join colleagues from 8 to 9 a.m. at 1900 Grant St., Ste. 900. The cost is only $5 for DBA members and $15 for non-members. Continental breakfast included. One ethics credit requested.
