Make reservations for these programs by sending a check for $15 ($25 for non-members), payable to the Denver Bar Association, to: Tuesdays at the Bar, DBA, 1900 Grant St., Ste. 900, Denver, CO 80203. A form to use is below. You also may RSVP by calling (303) 860-1115, ext. 727, or by e-mailing lunches@cobar.org. Indicate the program you will be attending. All programs are at the DBA, third floor, at noon. Cost includes lunch and typically one CLE credit. (Coffee Talk is a morning program on the 9th floor, and includes a continental breakfast for $5.)

*** Nov. 6: Hot Topics in Legal Ethics with Alec Rothrock
Looking for a program that will give you a great overview of the past year’s ethics topics? Alec Rothrock will present a smorgasbord of hot topics in legal ethics. One ethics credit requested.
*** Nov. 13: Collaborative Law Panel Discussion, Ethics Opinion 115
Collaborative Law Professionals and members of the CBA Ethics Committee will discuss the Collaborative Law Process and Ethics Opinion 115. One ethics credit requested.
*** Nov. 20: Last Chance! New Rules of Professional Conduct
This will be the last DBA program on the new rules before they go into effect. It will provide an overview of the changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct. Find out what you need to know before the new rules take effect on Jan. 1, 2008. One ethics credit requested.
*** Nov. 27: Ethical Client Relations with Reba Nance
Join the CBA’s Director of Law Practice Management as she discusses ethical considerations in dealing with your clients. One ethics credit requested.
*** Wednesday, Nov. 28: DBA YLD Coffee Talk — Mediation Excellence
Members of the ADR Section of the Colorado Bar Association will present the Mediation Excellence idea and explain how it works. Join colleagues from 8 to 9 a.m. at 1900 Grant St., Ste. 900. The cost is only $5 for DBA members and $15 for non-members. Continental breakfast included. RSVP by sending a check to DBA Coffee Talk. One general credit requested.
