If you are a notary or want to become one, this program will inform and update you on Colorado’s notary laws, provide a refresher on notary powers, duties, responsibilities and liabilities, and discuss new requirements. The University of Denver’s first “Voices of Experience” program of 2006 is Friday, Jan. 20, 1–3 p.m., in the Marcus Commons on the first floor of the Daniels College Building, 2101 S.
