*** Tip of the Week
Don't waste time trying to coordinate schedules for meetings. TimeBridge ( is a free website that helps organizations easily figure out the best time for all to meet. The organizer picks several possible days/times to meet and then sends out an e-mail listing those possibilities. The attendees open their e-mail, then go indicate which days/times they are available by choosing “best,” “yes” or “no.”  Their “vote” appears in a chart which clearly shows the best day/time. The program coordinates with Outlook and g-mail. Watch a video and screen shots.
