*** Economic survey - a chance to win GPS, camera or iPod
The CBA has hired an outside firm to survey our members regarding the economics of practice. Please take 15 minutes to complete this confidential, 2008 CBA Economic Survey available here online. Responders have a chance to win a GPS tracking device, a brand new digital camera or an iPod! Several members reported an unrelated Internet scam that targeted attorneys this week – we assure you this survey is not a scam. Questions? Contact Reba Nance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Results will be posted later this summer.

*** Tip of the Week: Wouldn't It Be Great If You Could Be Prescreened at DIA to Avoid the Long Lines at Security? Now You Can (Almost)!
Although Denver was added months ago to the list of airports offering this service, we decided to run this tip again. According to its Web site: "Clear® is the fast pass for airport security. Clear members are prescreened and provided with a high-tech card which allows them to access designated airport security fast lanes nationwide. Clear members pass through airport security faster, with more predictability and less hassle." Check it out at www.flyclear.com. To enroll, you must appear in person with the proper ID at one of two locations in Colorado (the Jeppesen Terminal at DIA or the Denver Hyatt Tech Center). Images of your irises and fingerprints will be captured, and your photograph will be taken. The cost is $99.95 for the first year.
