*** Filing fee increases on the way
Civil filing fees will increase statewide in many categories on July 1. Don’t be surprised when you get to the court house; check out the increases HERE. Fee increases will help fund the new Ralph L. Carr Justice Center in Denver, which will combine under one roof the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Attorney General, State Public Defender and other related offices.

*** Inclusion: How to loosen barriers to legal diversity
Sign up for any of three sessions next month (July 7, 23 and 29) to explore the cutting edge of diversity in the legal community in Colorado. The Diversity in the Legal Profession Committee is sponsoring the workshops in partnership with the Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence. CLE credit available; lunch included. Don’t miss these interesting, interactive courses, designed specifically for you www.colegaldiversity.org.
