*** Where’s Walters? Take advantage of a presidential visit
When local bar members speak, CBA President Bill Walters listens. Check the schedule of stops: Granada, Trinidad, Alamosa, Durango, Cortez, Grand Junction, Montrose, Greeley, Golden, Brush, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and Denver.

*** Seeking nominations of “Greatest” attorneys
Every July, The Colorado Lawyer honors outstanding attorneys. Nominations for 2009 are due Sept. 1. Nominees should have made outstanding contributions to the legal profession, the administration of justice and the community, and must have been deceased 10 years. Send a letter or e-mail explaining why the candidate was respected and revered to tracyr@cobar.org or via mail to: CBA Awards Committee, c/o Tracy Rackauskas, 1900 Grant St., Suite 900, Denver, CO 80203.
