*** Colorado Bar Examination results released
Access the results here from the July exam. A sizeable class of 720, compared to the usual 600 new attorneys, will be sworn-in on Monday, Oct. 27, at Boettcher Concert Hall, 950 13th St., Denver, CO 80204. The doors for attorneys and their guests will open at 2 p.m. and the ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m.

Join us in saluting Ralph Torres, the 2008 recipient of the 17th Annual Eleanor P. Williams Arthritis Award, Thursday, Oct. 16, 6 p.m., at the Phipps Mansion, 3300 Belcaro Dr. in Denver. This award recognizes a respected Colorado or Wyoming attorney whose career is distinguished by the highest caliber of legal service and by a broad humanitarian contribution to his or her community. The deadline is Oct. 17 for attorney applicants to be considered for six-year terms on either the Supreme Court Nominating Commission or the Eleventh Judicial District Nominating Commission.
