*** Pro Bono Spotlight
Metro Volunteer Lawyers needs an attorney who specializes in Medicaid estate planning issues to help a physically and mentally disabled client, whose father died in December 2006. She’s inheriting 50 percent of his estate, which is basically the money from the sale of his home. The client is facing foreclosure herself, and she needs a trust set up so that she can save her home without jeopardizing her SSI. Contact Dianne Van Voorhees at email@example.com.
*** Got food barrels? Sign up, it’s easy!
