There’s no time like the New Year to jump in and assist with the 2009 “Doing Your Own Divorce Pro Se” clinics. Every third Wednesday of the month at the Denver City & County Building from noon to 1:30 p.m., attorneys are needed to help provide the public with information on filing for a divorce without the assistance of an attorney. The clinic is informational only and will cover divorce procedures and forms, child custody, child support, maintenance and property division. This public-service program is presented by attorneys of the DBA, in partnership with the Denver District Court, the Pro Se Resource Center and by the Office of the Family Court Facilitator.
